Refunds are available depending on the situation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to Mary Beare at mbeare@aci-carolinas.org and must include the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued based on the timeframe when the request is made in relation to the exam date. No refunds or transfers for cancellations made 5 or fewer calendar days before the exam date.
The Carolinas Chapter ships workbooks for certifications. There is no charge for shipping.
