THIS IS NOT A “STAND ALONE” EXAM. NCDOT MUST BE TAKEN WITH FIELD GRADE I CERTIFICATION.

Late registration is 10 calendar days prior to the exam date.

REFUND POLICY: A refund of $60 will be given if a cancellation is made 10 to 6 calendar days prior to the exam date.
NO REFUND if cancellation is made 5 or less calendar days prior to the exam date.
Cancellations made 11 calendar days or more from the exam date will receive the cost of the exam minus a $100 fee for the cost of the book and processing fee.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING, WITH THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION, VIA EMAIL TO mbeare@aci-carolinas.org.

Location site and study materials will be sent to each paid registered student at the address provided on the registration form.

Applicants will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fees must be received IN ADVANCE in order to be considered registered. Places are NOT “reserved”. The workbook will be sent approximately 3 to 4 weeks before the exam date. For more information, visit the ACI Carolinas website at www.aci-carolinas.org. ACI does not provide hotel information.  It is the responsibility of each company to find and make their own hotel reservations, if necessary.
