This exam is offered on an individual basis. Register online or complete the application and send with payment. When payment is received, you will be notified regarding arrangements for the testing. THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE EXAMINER TO ADMINISTER THIS EXAM.
NO REFUND FOR THE EXAM OR THE EXAMINER’S CHARGE IF THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON DATE FOR THE EXAM IS CANCELLED BY THE REGISTRANT.
